Sales Admin (DHF)

🔵Accept sale orders and manage in issuing sale invoice base on warehouse stock level.

🔵 Record sales daybook to get detailed information to provide necessary information quickly when customers request.

🔵 Provide sale data to every customer and sale team base on their requirements.

🔵 Report detail NC sale statement including product code, discount amount, expired date, reason, etc.,


🔵 Perform ground stock count on a weekly and monthly in factory.


🔵 Meet the deadlines and apply company policy and procedures to minimize misstatements.


🔵 Make declaration on output value added tax correctly and timely.

🔵College degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance.

🔵 Able to work overtime or follow shift changes when required.
