QA Officer

➢Understanding the requirements of HACCP and ISO 22000, Global GAP (both practice and theory).

➢Understanding in RM and FP nature, internal quality specifications, handling, risk analysis, result evaluation.

➢Understanding of the production flow process and quality control procedure for risk assessment and monitoring planning.

➢Checking and evaluating that raw materials or components involved in the production process are of suitable quality and safety.

➢Conforming to regulations and international standards when it comes to testing and quality assurance.

➢Managing deadlines for all projects and assignments given with proper risk assessment.

➢Inspecting and evaluating the defects, unsafe and risky situations and / or violations in the products as well as work environment, production machinery and employees to make sure the production process runs smoothly.

➢Coordinate and support other relevant departments with all the actions taken for compliance as well as improvements to company infrastructure and processes to prevent future mistakes during production.

➢Reporting to QA supervisor and manager about all area evaluations and verification done.

➢Performing and maintaining all documents or procedures in required certification for the company.

➢Maintaining and modifying international certification and standards such as ISO and Global GAP requirements to facilitate feed safety and safety of work environment.

➢Participating in other required feed safety related projects.

➢Bachelor’s degree in science (prefer chemistry, biochemistry, biology) or Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical).

➢At least 2 years’ experience in same industry.

➢At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment comply with ISO management systems: ISO 22000, ISO 17025, ISO 9001, Global GAP, BAP.
