Job Descriptions

Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Develop, maintain, and execute the monthly Content Calendar across core social platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

  • Write compelling, engaging, and creative copywriting tailored to different audiences and platforms.

  • Produce basic everyday visuals and short-form video content using tools like Canva and CapCut.

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends to create fresh, innovative content ideas.

 

Agency Coordination & Briefing

  • Collaborate with external Design Agencies for large-scale creative and high-end visual production.

  • Prepare clear, detailed, and professional creative briefs to guide the agency effectively.

  • Handle ongoing communication and negotiation with the agency to ensure deliverables are on-brand, on-budget, and delivered on time.

 

Lead Management & Inquiry Tracking

  • Monitor and record customer inquiries received through all social media channels.

  • Systematically capture, track, and pass Lead Generation data to the Sales Department for follow-ups.

  • Compile data and prepare regular inquiry/lead performance reports for management review.

 

Marketing Logistics & POSM Support

  • Coordinate and manage the distribution of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) based on requests from the Sales Department.

  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials to designated regions/townships.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Maintain strong communication and coordinate seamlessly with different departments (such as Sales and Operations) to support overall business objectives.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

  2.  1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar marketing role.

  3.  Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or basic graphic design and video editing tools. Good understanding of social media algorithms and features (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).

  4.  Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.

  5.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.

  6.  Highly organized with strong data tracking/reporting habits.

  7. Good typing skills in both English and Myanmar.
