Lab Technician

➢Ensure that the tools and chemicals used for analysis are functioning normally, checking, and scheduling machine maintenance on regular basis.

➢Ensure lab chemicals are in sufficient stock and planning for purchasing.

➢Make sure equipment, machine at workplace is well handled, cleaned, and protected (NIR, furnace, oven, analytical scale, sample grinder, tools, and accessories) operationally as well as HSE safety.

➢Follow the GLP guideline strictly and implement for ongoing basis.

➢Understanding of analyzing scheme updates for both FP and RM.

➢Understanding of all lab methods flow (wet chem, NIR, dumas, Mycotoxin test) and quality system.

➢Understanding of Good Lab Practices and ISO/Global GAP requirements.

➢Understanding in RM and FP nature, internal quality specifications, handling, risk analysis, and result evaluation.

➢Coordinate with parts of sample receiving and result returning; with purchase, PMs, QC, and production.

➢Perform RM & FP analysis according to daily plan.

➢Reporting the analysis results including assessment based on quality compared to standard and/or any deviation seen to the relevant parties such as leader, HOD, nutritionist, etc.).

➢Storage and protection of the lab analysis result at internal lab or external one and have confidentiality.

➢Updating gradually information related directly to analyzed method, chemical equipment usage.

➢Coordinate with Lab leader when deviation seen in RM as well as FP quality, reporting and updating on time in relevant groups and take actions accordingly.

➢Bachelor’s degree in science (prefer chemistry, biochemistry, biology) or Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical).

➢At least 2 years in service for same industry.

➢Basic knowledge of using computers for office use (Microsoft office, outlook, web search, etc).
