HSE Officer

➢ Identify unsafe and risky situations and/or violations.

➢ Immediately take measures for unsafe situations and feedback to the relevant stakeholder(s).

➢ Advise and assist Management and employees with (potential) unsafe situations.

➢ Report on actions/modifications required.

➢ Assist in reviewing the security team to follow up the in-house regulations.

➢ Communication with the individual contractors and control with the Safe Work permit and procedure to ensure the following in-house regulations.

➢ Participation in the contractor/ project coordination meeting.

➢ Assist in reviewing the Method of statement and risk assessment from the project contractor team.

➢ Change HSE policy into concrete practices, procedures etc.

➢ Investigation of the incident case with the relevant stakeholders. Finding the underlying cause and measurement of the operation.

➢ Report and discuss with the relevant plant manager to take action to form new control measures.

➢ Cooperation with the relevant team on the improvement actions.

➢ Ensure understanding and knowledge of GMP and SSOP standards.

➢ At least a vocational degree and relevant administration.

➢ 1-2 years of relevant warehouse experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

➢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
