Cost Accountant (DHF)

▪ Good understanding of AR, customer accounts, invoices, collections, and account reconciliation.

▪ Preparing daily/weekly/monthly AR reports, aging reports, and customer statements.

▪ Able to monitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers for payment.

▪ Identify and resolve invoicing and billing process issues to ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing.

▪ Monitor accounts receivable and manage cash collection activities to ensure timely receipt of customer payments.

▪ Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with Sales, Finance, and other related departments.

▪ Good time management and ability to meet deadlines. Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities when required.

▪ University/College degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing.

▪ 2 years’ experience in accounting, preferred in cost.

▪ Having knowledge of accounting activities, accounting policy.

▪ Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is an advantage.

▪ Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
