C&B Specialist

▪ Work results would have a critical impact on employee’s payroll which, in turn, would affect the creditability of the company.

▪ Accurate decisions would normally result in the achievement of country C&B management results, would prevent noticeable delays payment.

▪ Payroll data input at the system after getting confirmation from the HR Manager for new joiners.

▪ By linking the employee data input with other colleagues within the department.

▪ Checking and correcting the PIT calculation system after confirming from the HR Manager.

▪ The payroll officer needs to check with factories’ HR & Admin Officer the schedule plan of production shift.

▪ Calculating manual payroll and payment process before cutoff date.

▪ Monitor and control payroll process.

▪ Managed payroll processing for ~500 employees, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.

▪ Conducted payroll audits, increasing data integrity and financial accuracy.

▪ Participate in market survey data by providing relevant information to survey company.

▪ Prepare monthly salary reconciliation and report.

▪ Bachelor’s degree.

▪ At least three-year experiences in related post.

▪ Good communication skills internal and external.

▪ Advanced MS Office skills, Excel and Word in particular.

▪ Proficiency in payroll software and HR information systems (HRIS).

▪ Basic knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law.
