Sustainability Specialist

➢ Collaborate on sustainability projects (Global Green Goals) with local project owners.

➢ Conduct annual eye screening and Hepatitis B vaccination for targeted audience.

➢ Explore new potential local partnerships for CSR and sustainability contributions.

➢ Act as a catalyst communicator between Global ambitions and Local contributable targets.

➢ Ensure completion and approval of annual Zero Measurement data collection in collaboration with local project owners.

➢ Conduct interactive training and activities to increase awareness and engagement.

➢ Conduct bi-annual engagement sessions to update sustainability progress.

➢ Initiate and implement activities for employee engagement.

➢ Ensure consistent progress in sustainability projects and provide guidance to topic owners as required.

➢ Strategical thinking in analyzing project data and understanding when to pivot if required, to        achieve desired targets.

➢ Other assigned by Manager.

➢ Bachelor’s degree in business administration/project management.

➢ 2 years of progressively responsible work experience co-managing projects in sustainability or related field.

➢ 2 years of relevant sustainability and CSR or value chain experience.

➢ English 4 skills.
