                    Job Descriptions
➢ Welcome guests who are visiting to office.
➢ Answer telephone calls, record information from customers, guests, and delivery services, and perform reception duties as required.
➢ Receiving DHL/Royal/MGL package.
➢ Manage & arrange office cars for employees.
➢ Manage office drivers, check invoice/ receipt/payment documents from drivers.
➢ Checking car way record and arranging for fuel/ gasoline cost from driver and summit the cost.
➢ Working with car rental service for contract extension, payment and others matter.
➢ Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
➢ Inspection around Factory and Canteen.
➢ Checking and filling stationery and first aid boxes.
➢ Ensure timely submission of all factory-related payments in compliance with the Finance Team’s payment policy and internal approval procedures.
➢ Good relationship with related government.
Job Requirements
➢ Bachelor’s degree.
➢ At least two years’ experience in related posts.
➢ Advanced MS Office skills, Excel, and Word in particular.
➢ Basic knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law.
